Questions

Are my documents used to train AI?

No. Documents are sent to our AI provider only to read them and answer your questions, and its paid-use terms prohibit training on them.

Does it read scanned Arabic documents?

Yes. It extracts text from PDFs and reads scanned pages and photos. Image quality affects results, which is why you review suggestions before saving.

Which files are supported?

PDF, Word (docx), Excel (xlsx), JPEG, PNG and iPhone HEIC photos, up to 25 MB and 200 pages per file. You can upload several files at once and review each one before saving.

Can my team share an account?

Today each account has its own private archive. Team invitations are in development.

How do I cancel?

Cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your first payment is refundable within 14 days.
